Kendrick Baker, a resident of Connecticut, possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Community Development to implement and guide community programs effectively. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to positive change and leveraging resources to tackle intricate societal challenges.
Kendrick is the co-founder of the Mudcloth Cultural Arts Movement, and Chief Executive Officer of CEED WORKS llc., a local HR firm specializing in inclusive hiring solutions for businesses and workplace professionals. As a seasoned coach/facilitator, Ken utilizes various techniques including; motivational interviewing, social emotional learning and inclusive leadership methods to create depth of impact and a dynamic workshop experience.
