Description This series of workshops is designed to help women heal and bring their literary art to print. The facilitator, Nzima Hutchings, is an author, a literary teaching and wellness artist, award winning poet, Community Advocate, Visionary and Founder of Every Kinda Lady and Hartford’s L.I.T.. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid, a member of the National Association for Poetry therapy, a CT. Certified Sexual Assault Crisis counselor, and has been facilitating workshops in the greater Harford area for over 10 years. The vision of this series of writing workshops is to help women to self care, artfully express themselves, release stress using writing as a healing tool. Moreover, to share and publish their narratives in an intergenerational anthology for women.
